Enjoy a walk around the 40 acres of beautiful tree lined river front property. Stop and play on the beach of the pond. Enjoy horse shoes, corn hole, or lie in a hammock amongst the trees. Take a hike up Bear Creek Trailhead ½ mile down the road or walk right up to Priest Gulch Trailhead and enjoy the hikes on the other side of the road. There is great hiking, biking, and hunting all around.
Dolores Food Market has great produce, steaks, various homemade pot pies and other yummy treats 18 miles away. Rico is 8 miles to the North with outdoor hot springs or make the trip to Telluride and enjoy all that it has to offer.
